In this workshop you will learn all the necessary tools needed to develop a safe and confident inversion practice. Alignment, proper foundation and the basic principles of going upside down will all be covered in detail.
Push your boundaries and grow your confidence. Explore core strength building drills through variations of foundational poses such as down dog, dolphin and side plank. With a playful attitude you will work on gaining the stability and grace to balancing on top of your head in headstand and tripod. Arm balance crow pose will also be taught - giving you to opportunity to safely try out arm balance to inversion variations.
