In this two hour workshop expect to refine your technique and build a solid foundation for arm balances.
Modifications will be given for all levels, making it accessible if you’re a beginner yet allowing those with a consistent practice to dive deeper.
Preparing your wrists with effective warm ups – we will face fears of falling and build confidence as we explore the art of balancing on our hands.
Learning to fully engage and move from the core can truly transform your practice, on and off the mat. During the workshop we will work with the body as a whole, moving consciously through strength building drills with complete awareness of breath.

I have an injury – should I attend? Please ask your doctor for permission before attending a class and make the teacher aware of the injury. Listen to your body and take your time. It’s not advised to attend this workshop if you have a wrist injury.
Are there changing rooms? There are ladies and gents toilets
What should I wear? Comfortable clothing that you can move in. Please bring layers for relaxation
