Mandala Vinyasa based on the element of FIRE!
Lead by Eirian, you will start the practice by awakening your body slowly through deep, long held Yin Yoga postures focusing on a specific group of muscles, preparing you for the more dynamic, Yang like – Mandala Vinyasa flow.
The drumming will commence as you're guided through Kapalabhati Pranayama - stimulating your inner fire as you build up to the flow.
Following the main structure of Ashtanga Vinyasa, The Mandala Sun Salutes will move you in a spiralling way, 360 degrees around the mat – honouring the spiral patterns that nature uses to shape and create all the material and energetic substances in our bodies. Focusing on the lament of FIRE - Expect to get sweaty, allowing you to really feel the element – burning through what no longer serves you whilst building a sense of strength and confidence as you work on balancing out Manipura Chakra.
After Eirian has finished leading the mandala flow, Mat will then take over and lead us through a session of drumming whilst cultivating Kundalini energy.
