Eirian is passionate about helping others find the balance between work, rest and play.

Having been signed off work with stress and burnout in her previous career, Eirian’s journey with Yoga & Meditation has taught her how to build resilience and deal with life’s challenges in a wonderfully creative way.

With a fun loving spirit, she ensures her classes are playful and accessible, creating a safe environment where students can move freely, reconnect to themselves & feel empowered through their practice.

With over eight years experience teaching workplace wellbeing, as a Yoga Therapist Eirian incorporates Yoga for stress, burnout & sleep into her offerings. 

From media, building design and fashion, to advertising and investment banking, Eirian’s past and present clients include: UKFast, Mediacom, BUPA, Bruntwood, McCann Worldwide group, BDP, Missguided, BNY Mellon and more.

Relaxing Yoga

Let go of the working day, relax and refresh.

Relaxation is probably the most important part of a yoga class. It is when in a relaxed, resting state that the body can recalibrate and healing can occur.

You will be guided through calming breathwork and somatic movement, meditation and restorative sequences designed to help you unwind and reset.

Yoga Flow & Restore

Combining breathwork, yoga and meditative movement - expect a slow flow designed to unravel tension, build strength & improve flexibility.

Embodied movement allows you to tap into creative energy and find clarity, whilst a nourishing wind down of yin & restorative poses encourage a sense of relaxation.

An intro to breathing well

Learning to breathe properly is one of the most important things we can do for our health and wellbeing - after all we breathe up to 17,000 times a day!

In this session you will be introduced to the basics of breathing well, exploring simple practices to create more energy, reset the mind, calm the nervous system, and bring the body into balance.

Promoting physical, emotional and mental wellbeing -  practical solutions to help build resilience.

Combining lecture, experiential learning, handouts & practice with equipment provided for up to 20 for in person events.

Studio space can be rented if you don’t have space at the office

Sleep recovery workshop

If you're suffering from insomnia or interrupted sleep, or waking up feeling un-refreshed, you're not alone. This compassionate and practical, yoga based guide to recovering your sleep helps you to repair the physical, mental, emotional and energetic habits that may be sabotaging your sleep.

This workshop will help you gain valuable insight into the knowledge, tools and resources to repair you own natural ability to rest.

During this session you will identify your top three take aways to start improving your sleep and you'll be provided with a practice sheet of the 'simple sleep sequence' to take home.

Stress-regulation workshop

Gain insight into your relationship with stress and how to regulate your stress-response through movement, meditation & rest.
Physiologically, stress responses are interwoven with our emotions, immune function, thoughts, breath and movements - so it’s important to understand our unique body responses in order to self-regulate.

During this session you will identify your top three take aways to start improving your relationship with stress and you'll be provided with a practice sheet of a 'simple yoga sequence' to take home.
