We’ll gather in the candle-lit log cabin, warmed by the fire. Settle in with a hot drink and arrive fully in your body before practice begins.

In honour of Imbolc — a time of inner renewal — In the morning you will be guided through of therapeutic and supportive yoga practice.
Exploring mindful yoga and somatic movement - you’re invited to tune into more fluid, explorative, meditative movements blended with pranayama & nourishing stillness.
Expect a grounding practice that honours winter’s need to rest deeply, while gently kindling that first spark of emerging energy.
All bodies welcome. Suitable for absolute beginners.
Contrast Therapy: Sauna & Cold Plunge
After practice, we’ll transition to The Forge’s wood-fired sauna — with sweeping views of the nature pool and countryside.
Across 90 minutes, you’ll be supported to move between:
deep heat in the sauna
refreshing dips in the cold water
The choice is always yours. There is no pressure to plunge if you don’t wish to. You can curl up by the cabin fire with a book at any time.
Hot showers and changing spaces are available on site.
