As winter releases its grip and the days and nights come back into balance, the Spring Equinox invites us into a moment of pause — a threshold between rest and renewal.

This mini day retreat is an opportunity to gently realign with yourself and the rhythms of nature. A grounding, nourishing day to move, rest, warm, refresh and reconnect — before the energy of spring fully gathers momentum.

Held at The Forge Corwen, a peaceful rural venue surrounded by countryside, this retreat offers space to step away from daily demands and return to a steadier internal rhythm.

Arrival

We’ll gather in the candle-lit log cabin, warmed by the fire. Settle in with a hot drink and arrive fully in your body before practice begins.

Seasonal Sync Yoga Workshop

Guided by Yoga Therapist, Eirian Collinge

In the morning you will be guided through of therapeutic and supportive yoga practice honouring the energy of Spring.

Exploring mindful yoga and somatic movement - you’re invited to tune into more fluid, explorative, meditative movements blended with pranayama & nourishing stillness.

Expect a practice that supports letting go and re-energising, helping you transition into the lighter rhythm of spring.

All bodies welcome. Suitable for absolute beginners.

Contrast Therapy: Sauna & Cold Plunge

After practice, we’ll transition to The Forge’s wood-fired sauna — with sweeping views of the nature pool and countryside.

Across 90 minutes, you’ll be supported to move between:

  • deep heat in the sauna

  • refreshing dips in the cold water

The choice is always yours. There is no pressure to plunge if you don’t wish to. You can curl up by the cabin fire with a book at any time.

Hot showers and changing spaces are available on site.
