Something is Shifting - A Stress, Sleep & Early Peri-Menopause Workshop

  • Tides Within Stockport (map)

You may not feel “menopausal”—but perhaps you don’t quite feel like yourself either.

From our late thirties and into our forties, hormones can begin to fluctuate and familiar patterns of sleep, energy, mood and menstruation may start to change. You might feel more easily overwhelmed, less able to carry the same levels of stress, or simply sense that something is shifting without knowing why.

The earliest signs of perimenopause aren’t always obvious. They can emerge gradually over several years and may be difficult to separate from the effects of busy lives, chronic stress and burnout.

Join Eirian for a nurturing three-hour workshop bringing together accessible education, therapeutic Yoga & Somatics, seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, conversation and supported deep rest. We’ll explore the relationship between hormonal change, the nervous system, daily energy and sleep—and discover small, realistic ways to support ourselves through changing rhythms.

You don’t need a diagnosis, previous yoga experience or certainty that you are in perimenopause. This is a space to become curious about what is changing, feel less alone and begin responding to your body with greater understanding.
