Having experienced the toll of a high-pressure career—including burnout and stress-induced insomnia—Eirian turned to yoga and meditation not just as healing practices, but as a way to rebuild from the inside out. Now navigating the early waves of perimenopause, she brings a lived, evolving understanding to her teaching, offering a trauma-informed approach rooted in empathy and embodiment.
With over a decade of teaching experience, her sessions are welcoming, down-to-earth, and sprinkled with soulful insight.

In addition to 1:1 Yoga Therapy and public classes, Eirian also works with businesses and teams to deliver bespoke workplace wellbeing workshops, yoga therapy programs, and corporate retreat days.
These trauma-informed sessions support stress recovery, sleep, and hormonal wellbeing — blending movement, breathwork, education and rest. Available online, on-site, or in nature with optional sauna and cold immersion therapy.
